A TEAM WITH EXPERIENCE AND PURPOSE
- We are a family owned business that has over 100 years combined design and building experience, both high end residential and commercial.- The process starts by taking your ideas and producing preliminary drawings that include floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D perspectives inside and out.
- Our design process takes into account your building budget.
- We design projects from a builders perspective as if we were going to build it ourselves.- Our software allows you to see it before you build it. Over 50 years ago we started designing homes with a pencil, t-square, and triangle. 30 years ago we switched to Architrion, a 3D French software that was at the forefront of the 3D world. Today we use Chief Architect Premier X15.
- The end result is a set of buildable construction prints complete with site plan and other items necessary for your builder to price, pull a building permit, and build your dream.

ARThur "OPP" GUENARD
Designer, Owner
Opp started designing and building things that rolled, floated, flew, and stood still from a very early age. His first home design built was for his high school drafting instructor in 1968. Opp's design and building career has spanned from then until now, designing and building many things including both high end residential and commercial projects. He is able to envision the structural and mechanical aspects of a design and will figure out how to make things work. Opp & Karen have been married and working together since 1973.

WHITNEY GUENARD PETERS
Designer
Whitney is the daughter of Opp and Karen. She grew up as side kick in the residential building world while developing a talent and love for art and space planning. She has been an office and contract manager for a commercial builder in the past, and has an inherited ability for design vision. Whitney is the future of OG Home Design. We already have hope that her children will step into the design world with her.
KAREN T. GUENARD
Design Consultant
Karen's college years included art and interior design. She has worked with Opp since their marriage in 1973, and has been an integral part of both the design and building years. She has tried to retire to her garden and grandchildren, but is brought back into the consultant roll on a daily basis. Karen has a God given gift to envision space usage and flow, and has been the backbone of our design work for almost 50 years.

OUR BUILDING YEARS
PAST RESIDENTUAL & COMMERCIAL BUILDER
Our building career spanned 50+ years, and was mostly design/build. Projects included remodels, renovation, restorations (circa 1832-1908), new builds in both the residential and commercial worlds, and projects in Kitale, Kenya. Our design/build homes went up to 11,000+ sf and commercial projects up to 215,000 sf. We held both residential and commercial contractors licenses in Arkansas.
